Rob’s field of expertise is human-centred design and the commercialisation of digital marketplaces.

Rob has over 20 years’ experience in senior product, commercial and strategy roles across a wide variety of industries including the digital media, online search, mobile navigation, healthcare, identity services and telecommunications industry sectors. He is adept at navigating and streamlining complex product portfolios. Rob’s particular fields of expertise are human-centered design, the commercialization of digital marketplaces and transitioning service revenues from physical to digital channels.

Rob has incubated and managed digital commercial services for high profile Australian brands with millions of customers. He has experience in leading large cross-functional teams across all stages of the product life cycle.

From a commercial perspective, Rob has managed global Vendors, iOT-based content deals and led commercial negotiations for the world’s first navigation iPhone app. He holds an MBA from University of NSW/ University of British Columbia and holds a certificate in Machine Learning.
