Illuminating the future of higher education through customer-centric innovation

SixSix has a long-standing relationship with a well-known Australian university in partnership with Versent that started with a concept design for a new vision for education that the university is pioneering. The SixSix concepts were used as the ‘light on the hill’ for the user experience that they wanted their platform to reach, and were instrumental in the investment case for further development. The second stream of the engagement was focused on breaking ground on how customer centricity was to become a focal point for the development of their platform capability, to ensure that the most valuable parts of the ambitious vision were given to customers in the shortest time frame. SixSix worked with the teams involved to establish the ways of working for the on-going discovery and design work, embedding team members and product managers seamlessly into the program of work.
