Transforming a product management team with optimised people training

Using SixSix’s proprietary Product Management assessment program, we worked directly with Product Managers and Product Owners at MLC to identify their current product management strengths, and areas for development of future strength training to better manage MLC’s product portfolio. Our assessment armed both individuals and the MLC product team as a whole with the knowledge to tackle improvement areas head on. Through our coaching and mentoring, we supported the MLC product team to reach their goals and equip them with all the right information on their journey to get there - building a robust, strengthened product management team with the right people for the right products.
